For the last 40 years or so I have been observing other people's UFO pictures, stories, videos and sketches, I had to start doing something, anything that would bring me closer to knowing the truth about these things hanging in our skies around the world.
I have seen UFOs while growing up in the pine barrens of New Jersey. One, literally six feet in front of me. Not what you might think right off the bat though. It was a small glowing translucent red orb the size of a softball that zipped across the road at 2:30AM in the woods of New Jersey. Thanks to my brother in law that was with me no one thinks I'm crazy. (At least not because of the sighting lol) If I had not yet been intrigued enough by UFOs to do anything about it in the past, that moment of clarity as to whether these things are really of extraterrestrial origin or not certainly had me thinking of what I might do about it.
When I was younger than I am now, there was no internet as we know it and gathering information was more difficult than today. Obtaining material and information on UFOs was a tedious, laborious and expensive project having to do primarily with books, traveling to conferences and the occasional spoof about UFOs on television. Needless to say this got me no where. However today it's much different. I think because the free flow of information on the "Information Highway" has enlightened so many people on the subject of UFOs it is becoming more and more mainstream. That and the sheer number of video recorders and digital cameras. If for no other reason than the sheer number of witnesses coming forth from the ranks of the government. Deathbed confessions even.
I have joined MUFON. I have started work with Major George Filer USAF Retired here in New Jersey as he is the Eastern Director of MUFON. Because of my technical background I've been given the task of sorting through the videos sent to him, in particular from New Mexico. Some of this footage makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck.
Only time will vindicate the believers.
